OSL Group (HKEX:863) launched AgentPay. Cloudflare completed the two-sided x402 market. MAGNE.AI raised $2.64M. Starchild went live with x402. In one week, the agent payment stack stopped being a startup experiment and became enterprise infrastructure.
OSL Group (HKEX: 863), a publicly traded digital asset platform, launched AgentPay — multi-stablecoin payment infrastructure purpose-built for AI agents. USDT, USDC, USDGO. Compatible with x402, AP2, MPP. Zero gas fees, nano-payment support, global fiat on/off-ramps.
This is not a whitepaper. This is a publicly traded company shipping agent payment rails. OSL cited McKinsey projections that global agentic commerce could reach $3–5 trillion by 2030.
MAGNE.AI closed a $2.64M strategic round (total $12.64M raised) from GAEA Ventures, Titans Ventures, and Go2Mars Labs. The funds target MAGNE Agent Pay — an x402-compatible programmable payment protocol — plus edge AI hardware and on-chain settlement layers.
Cloudflare launched Account Wallets and Virtual Wallets for AI agents. Per-agent spending caps, merchant allowlists, and cloudflare.pay handles. Combined with the Monetization Gateway (July 1), this completes the two-sided x402 market: agents can now both earn AND spend through Cloudflare infrastructure.
Starchild launched x402 payments on its AI agent marketplace. Agents list services, receive payments, and transact directly via Starchild wallets.
The XRP Ledger crossed 1 million machine-to-machine payments. Ripple joined the x402 Foundation alongside Visa, Mastercard, Google, AWS, and 35+ others. RLUSD stablecoin market cap reached $1.6 billion.
The agent payment infrastructure now has five layers, and every layer shipped something this week:
| Layer | What It Does | This Week's Movers |
|---|---|---|
| Payment Rails | Move money between agents | OSL AgentPay, Cloudflare, BVNK/Mastercard |
| Protocol | Standardize payment requests | x402 (IETF draft), AP2, MPP |
| Facilitators | Handle payment flow | Cloudflare, Coinbase, AutoIncentive (open source) |
| Discovery | Where agents find services | minia2a (open, trial-first), aisa.one, Starchild, Fetch.ai |
| Trust/Reputation | Prove the agent delivered | Swarm Arc (bonded reputation), HeartFlow |
Before this week, agent payments were a startup experiment. After this week:
The infrastructure is built. The protocol is standardized. The enterprise controls exist. The question is no longer "can agents pay?" — it's "what will they buy?"
At minia2a, we're focused on the discovery layer: 323 services, 5 free trials (shared), 500 free credits on registration, no signup required. The highway exists. Someone needs to build the map.
Try it yourself: minia2a.uk — 5 free API calls + 500 free credits. No signup. No credit card. Just agents doing business.
