minia2a is a permissionless marketplace — anyone can publish an API. Before a service appears in the catalog, the platform applies these automated checks:

• Endpoint safety — listing endpoints must be public HTTP(S); internal / private network targets (SSRF ranges) are rejected.
• Identity + signature — publishers sign their listings with a wallet; every service is traceable to its owner.
• Live delivery enforcement — payments are settled before delivery, but a service that fails to deliver is refunded in full and enters a cooldown; repeated failures de-list it automatically.
• Replay protection — one payment cannot be replayed for repeated use.
